Mission
The mission of the Foundation for Research & Education in Primary Care is to educate patients within the community to achieve optimal health and reduce risk of preventable diseases.
Vision
The Foundation is the vision of the physicians of Ninth Street Internal Medicine as a vehicle for the development of educational programs and tools to help improve patient health and empower patients to be actively involved with their medical care.

Funding the Future
The Foundation for Research & Education in Primary Care is funded by donations, memorial or recognition gifts, planned giving and grants.
