Meet Our Two New Providers
Abraham Dubb, MD – Medical Doctor
We’re also pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Abraham Dubb to our practice, starting February 10, 2025. Dr. Dubb’s career in medicine spans over 30 years, and he has extensive expertise in areas such as diabetes management, congestive heart failure, depression, pain management, and palliative care.
Dr. Dubb’s patient-centered approach has earned him a stellar reputation. He believes in always putting the patient at the forefront, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and values. His compassionate, hands-on approach to care ensures that patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journeys.
A proud Philadelphia resident for most of his life, Dr. Dubb is excited to continue serving his community in this new role.

Sarah Alles, MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC – Nurse Practitioner
We’re excited to welcome Sarah Alles, who will be joining our practice as a Nurse Practitioner starting January 2, 2025. Sarah brings with her 8 years of experience as a primary care provider, having worked in internal medicine in New York.
A Philadelphia native, Sarah is thrilled to return to her hometown and begin serving the Center City community. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their best possible health and is excited to build strong, long-lasting relationships with everyone she cares for.
Sarah’s extensive experience and compassionate approach make her an excellent addition to our team, and we know you’ll be in great hands with her.
